Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years kitchen management or supervision.
• Full understanding of inventory control, labor management, safety management and product purchasing.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management.
• Travel to current locations for training of brand menu items and kitchen operation processes.

Skills

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems and inventory software

Detail oriented and well developed time management skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills
