Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations; forecast sales, labor, and profit; ensure budget compliance.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, and direct management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reports, and cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure safe facility environment and hygiene standards; address safety issues with District Manager.
• Act as the company's point of contact with clients and present a professional image.
