Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, oversee HOH performance, and provide direction for HOH team members to deliver consistent quality on every shift.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, strong knowledge of health codes and safe food handling, and a passion for training and developing staff. Buffalo Wild Wings is an equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
