Job summary

Jinya Ramen Bar in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Kitchen Manager who is passionate about great food, exceptional operations, and building high-performing teams. You will oversee all back-of-house operations, enforce recipe standards, and ensure consistency and efficiency every day.

You will train and coach kitchen staff, uphold food safety and sanitation, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with leadership to maintain smooth restaurant-wide operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Kitchen Manager or BOH supervisor.
• Strong food safety knowledge and kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to train and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities
