Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the Heart-of-House operations, guide HOH staff, and drive performance and standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will supervise HOH team members, ensure compliance with health and safety codes, and deliver strong leadership to foster training and development opportunities. This on-site role offers growth within our restaurant management team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations as Kitchen Manager.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Manage execution and performance of HOH and ensure high standards are met.
