Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol per state/local laws.
• Ability to obtain food safety and alcohol service certifications where required by law.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during shifts.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns quickly.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and policies.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training hourly team members.
• Monitor labor, sales, and operating costs while maintaining service standards.
• Support inventory management, ordering, deliveries, and scheduling.

• Assist with implementing new menu items and promotions.
• Complete administrative tasks, reports, and manager checklists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
