Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead and supervise front-of-house during shifts, coach team members, ensure food safety and compliance, manage labor, inventory, and daily operations.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol per state/local laws.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety and alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during shifts.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training hourly team members.
• Monitor labor, sales, and operating costs while maintaining service standards.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
