Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role focuses on supervising and improving food production, enforcing policies, and maintaining safety and quality standards across Back of House operations.

Salary ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 annually, with a comprehensive total rewards package including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation, 401(k), and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Directing productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Managing Back of House staff performance including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Training Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Back of House employees or making recommendations.
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals.
