Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and manage purchasing, receiving, and food preparation to complete recipes and procedures. The role includes enforcing policies, supervising staff, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Salary ranges from $48,000 to $75,000 annually, with a comprehensive rewards package after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing employment policies and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Directing productivity to meet efficient ticket times.
• Managing Back of House staff performance including evaluations and coaching.
• Developing key employees and supervising hourly staff with daily feedback.
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and safety.
• Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Practicing safe food handling procedures at all times.
• Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs.
• Directing Back of House work, setting hours and schedules.
• Training Back of House on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Back of House staff.
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with values.
