Bagelmania in Las Vegas is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. You will ensure the quality and consistency of our New York-style bagels and deli items, guiding prep, plating, and service with energy and pride.

You'll supervise scheduling, hiring, payroll, training, and inventory while maintaining top sanitation standards and a positive, fast-paced work culture. If you thrive in nights, weekends, and holidays, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Food Handler's Card and ServSafe Manager certification (or the ability to get them).
• Ability to keep cool under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills—whether you're talking to your team or management.

Responsibilities
