The role emphasizes leading by example, enforcing standards, and coaching teammates while ensuring timely service and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience required.
• Ability to coach and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily back-of-house operations alongside the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and portion control.
• Open and close kitchen per procedures.
• Train and develop staff; monitor performance.
• Control costs and manage inventory.
