Qualifications

• Six months of food handling experience.
• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain any required food or alcohol service licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support back-of-house associates to ensure quality and timely execution of kitchen tasks.
• Validate adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
• Conduct twice-daily line checks for food-safe temperatures and quality.
• Generate and oversee daily prep lists to ensure availability of prepared products.
• Place orders using inventory tools to maintain par levels and cost within budget.
