Cinépolis USA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations at our theater locations. You will coach, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensure food safety and recipe adherence, and maintain cost controls and inventory.

This full-time role requires 1-3 years of kitchen management, a culinary arts degree preferred, and a Food Manager Certification. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected; an equal opportunity employer.

• Provide direction, coaching, and leadership for all BOH employees, including food prep and sanitation.
• Hire, coach, and train kitchen staff and manage equipment.
• Train staff on cleanliness and sanitation per policy.
• Ensure food is prepared to recipe specifications within ticket times.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and monitor daily temperatures and logs.
• Roll out new menus and company initiatives.
• Oversee opening, running, and closing duties daily.
• Manage weekly kitchen staff scheduling and events to maximize sales.
