Job summary

Flix Brewhouse in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will maintain food quality and presentation, supervise inventory and ordering, and coach a talented team under the guidance of the General Manager.

The ideal candidate holds Serve Safe or equivalent certification, has AKM/KM experience, and communicates clearly in English; Spanish skills are a plus for ESL staff.

Qualifications

• Certified in food handling and alcohol service (Serve Safe or equivalent).
• Experience as AKM or KM in a kitchen leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish skills helpful for ESL staff.
• Proficient with computer systems for inventory, ordering and recipe maintenance.
