Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead the team, ensure efficient shift execution, uphold company standards, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

You will coach and develop hourly team members, manage scheduling and inventory, and help recruit and onboard staff while ensuring food safety and alcohol service compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain required food safety and alcohol service certifications as per state/local laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members while promoting a positive work environment.
• Deliver guest service by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and policies.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training hourly team members.
• Monitor labor, sales, and operating costs while maintaining service standards.
• Support inventory, ordering, receiving, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Assist with new menu items, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Complete administrative tasks, reports, and manager checklists on time.
