Job summary

You will coach and develop BOH staff, manage inventory and food costs, uphold safety standards, and partner with leadership to deliver a great guest experience on every shift. This hands-on role rewards dedication with training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of kitchen leadership or restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, quality, and consistency.
• Train, coach, and develop BOH team members, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Manage inventory and food costs, maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to deliver a great guest experience every shift.
