Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Back-of-House Manager to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role oversees sanitation, inventory, and staff management across the full restaurant and catering menus.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant experience, hands-on cost and labor management, and ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant experience.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Own Back-of-House/Kitchen sanitation and operations.
• Hire, Train and Manage All Team Members.
• Manage Inventory of Food and Beverage.
• Handle Back-of-House Budget.
