Qualifications

• 1+ year kitchen management experience and knowledge of food measurements.
• Restaurant BOH experience and ability to manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Directs and checks the prep staff for quality and consistency.
• Ensures kitchen equipment is set up for daily use.
• Enforces safety and sanitary practices and regulatory compliance.
• Adheres to SOPs and maintains recipe adherence and presentation standards.
• Manages staffing levels and shift assignments; assists in hiring/training BOH staff.
• Keeps kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Checks inventory and places food and supply orders.
