Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food to spec.

You will lead a team, enforce safety and cleanliness, manage cost and labor, and drive training and performance through regular feedback. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervising production and prep per recipes and procedures
• Enforcing policies and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Directing productivity to meet food item ticket times
• Managing Back of House staff including evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Developing key employees through daily feedback in one-on-ones
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety
• Overseeing handling, maintenance and storage of items
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor
• Setting hours, schedules and directing Back of House tasks
• Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Reviewing applications and hiring or recommending hires
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
