Qualifications

• Supervisory or team lead experience in food production.
• Clear communication with staff, vendors and guests.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Assist General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and analyzing restaurant unit manpower and training.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and new hire orientation.
• Attend Perkins-related training and coursework as applicable.
• Achieve ServSafe certification and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned and presented properly.
• Monitor food temperatures to reduce risk factors for foodborne illness.
• Schedule and staff a productive workforce to meet service standards.
• Oversee facility maintenance, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Manage inventory and control costs relevant to operations.
• Prepare and review financial reports related to payroll, costs, and expenses.
