Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food according to recipes and procedures. You will lead BOH staff, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across the kitchen in Conway, AR.

The role emphasizes enforcing policies, maintaining efficiency, controlling costs, and coaching employees to deliver Legendary Food and Service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Back of House operations in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to enforce employment policies and ensure guest safety.
• Experience directing staff and evaluating performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Manage Back of House employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Assist development of key employees through daily feedback.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
