Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality standards.
• English and Spanish bilingualism preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable.
• Willingness to receive feedback and uphold Chick‑fil‑A’s values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence in the Back of House, including food quality and safety.
• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team with coaching and accountability.
• Own daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth transitions and high-volume service.
• Drive improvements in productivity, food cost, and overall performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure procedures are followed.
• Lead by example with hands-on support for the team and guests.
