Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Avondale, AZ to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, drive culinary execution, and ensure uncompromising hospitality that pairs with our wine program.

You will partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to coach team members, maintain safety standards, and lead menu rollouts and private events, delivering high-quality dishes and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1-2 kitchen departments including dish, prep, and/or line.
• Help hire, train, and develop hourly kitchen team members.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with weekly inventory and labor management.
• Lead department meetings and coach team members.
• Partner with EK Manager and GM to achieve restaurant goals.
