You will manage schedules, uphold food safety standards, and work closely with management to meet targets while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• A passion for culinary excellence.
• Adaptability and the ability to lead teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across all stations and manage Kitchen Managers and Team Members.
• Lead new menu rollouts, kitchen initiatives, and private events.
• Mentor and develop managers through coaching and clear performance expectations.
