Qualifications

  • Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • ServSafe Food Handler Card and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all kitchen back-of-house operations.
  • Oversee nightly kitchen setup, operation, and breakdown.
  • Train kitchen team on sanitation, recipes, and teamwork with Front of House.
  • Create schedules meeting operational needs.
  • Partner with Special Events, Front of House Leadership, and service staff to create exceptional experiences for guests.
  • Maintain and monitor all kitchen equipment ensuring functionality and safety.
  • Manage expenses ensuring operational goals and food cost budgets are met.
  • Take inventory and order items in partnership with the Venue General Manager to control costs.
