Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee back-of-house production and preparation in line with recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to ensure efficient ticket times and service flow.
• Manage Back-of-House staff performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Train kitchen staff on equipment maintenance, procedures, and safety.
• Review applications, interview, and participate in hiring Back-of-House employees.
