Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience, preferably in food production.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Strong communication with employees, vendors and guests.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze unit manpower; develop and train employees including subordinate managers.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and new hire orientation.
• Attend University of Perkins and complete coursework.
• Achieve and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Perform functions for all restaurant positions as needed.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and presentation of menu items.
• Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Schedule and staff to meet productivity and service standards.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, safety and sanitation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cost controls; manage payroll and expenses.
• Identify and correct system breakdowns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and review financial reports; attend regional meetings.
