Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring a Kitchen Manager in Augusta, GA. You will lead kitchen and dining room operations, coach managers, and ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; Some college preferred.
Three to five years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience.
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members.
Strong guest service focus and ability to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals for the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Run effective dining room and kitchen shifts.
Provide direction, coaching, training and development for assistants and team members.
Ensure consistent execution of systems, standards and cost controls.
Communicate goals to General Manager and Local Owner on a regular basis.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure sufficient supply levels for the team.
Oversee BOH schedules, staffing levels, and labor goals.
Oversee inventory procedures and coach managers on weekly inventory.
Manage BOH budgets including forecasting.
Interview and assist in hiring to maintain staffing levels.
Ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards each shift.
Follow safety procedures when operating equipment.
