Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant within a growing company. You will lead a kitchen team responsible for a full restaurant and catering menus, and help manage COGS and labor to support our expanding operations.

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certification or able to complete certification.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company's BOH processes.
• Keep your team up to date on processes and current specials.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items.
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example.
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members.
