Job summary

Wharf Casual Seafood is expanding and hiring Kitchen Managers in the Montgomery, Clanton, Millbrook, Wetumpka area to lead our growing operation in Central Alabama. Base pay is $40,000–$45,000 per year, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Health insurance and discounted meals are provided.

You will supervise all kitchen operations, train staff, manage schedules, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while driving cost reports and maintaining high-performance standards across the team.

• Knowledgeable of all kitchen operations.
• Ability to supervise food prep and cooking.
