Job summary

Leisure-Hotels-LLC is seeking a Kitchen Manager for our resort to lead daily culinary operations and drive exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will oversee, mentor, and develop an skilled kitchen team in a luxurious setting, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will collaborate with executive chefs to create menus, manage inventory, and control food costs while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
