Uncle Julio's in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, uphold safety standards, and drive efficiency while delivering a great guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in casual restaurant settings, Spanish communication with crew, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills. Evening/holiday/weekend availability and culinary training are preferred, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
