Job summary

Uncle Julio's in Frontenac, MO is looking for an entry-level Service Support to help deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to grow within our brand.

The role requires 18+ and a HS diploma or GED, with preferred associat e/bachelor's. You’ll interact with guests professionally and maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willing to obtain food handlers & alcohol certification within 14 days of hire.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with strong communication and teamwork.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• No prior experience required – on-the-job training provided
• Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws. High School Diploma or GED, required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred (Not Required): Previous hospitality or customer service experience, and must be willing to have food handlers & Alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
