Job description

As a Kitchen Manager, you will help lead our fast-paced, high-volume, scratch kitchen, driving the culinary execution of our inspired menu paired with Cooper’s Hawk wines. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure operational excellence and team growth, while coaching staff to deliver high-quality food and a first-class guest experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee 1-2 departments, manage policies, and ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and coaching team members, ensuring standards are met.
  • Lead department meetings, help execute new menus and initiatives, and assist with inventory and financial results.
  • Operate computer systems including POS, scheduling, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain food safety standards and uphold a professional image.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment; full-service restaurant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications such as ServSafe preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long hours.
  • Availability to work 50-60 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays.
