Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our fast-paced, high-volume restaurant team. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house staff and ensure smooth production, prep, purchasing, and receiving.

We value teamwork, food safety, and flexible scheduling to cover weekends and holidays. This role offers opportunities for growth within our expanding Southeast-based family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the back-of-house team with the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, purchasing, and receiving.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among team members.
