Job description

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to join our high-volume, fast-paced restaurant team. Our Kitchen Crew prepares a variety of delicious dishes from our restaurant and catering menus. View our menu at www.starsandstrikes.com/eat.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large kitchen team, understanding back-of-house operations, and managing food and labor costs. Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with county and company regulations are essential.

This role involves creating memorable guest dining experiences and requires a passion for excellent culinary cuisine.

Qualifications
