Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is a dive bar with top-notch burgers, founded by childhood friends Aaron Ludwig and Mike Sabin. We value hard work and fun!

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations at Green Hills, Nashville, TN. Your responsibilities will include managing kitchen staff, developing food prep processes, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating with the front of house team. You will also handle administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency with kitchen equipment and inventory management software
