Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety.
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  • Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Developing key employees through feedback and training.
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling of kitchen items.
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs.
  • Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff.
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Participating in hiring processes.
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values.
