We are hiring a Kitchen Manager at Din Tai Fung North America. The position is based at:

Location: 600 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101 (Pacific Place)

Salary Range

For Kitchen Managers: $105,000.00 - $121,800 annually. The actual salary may vary based on experience, expertise, and business needs. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Job Purpose

The Kitchen Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, manages the brand standards, ensures food quality, controls inventory, and manages costs related to product and labor to meet budgets.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant or relevant education
  • Manager’s Food Handler’s Card
  • Flexible work schedule, including at least 5 days per week and 10 hours per day, with schedule variability based on business needs
  • Proficiency in email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Basic cooking skills and ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency
