Culinary | Andare PM Intermediate Cook 2 ($27.80/hour)

Join our Culinary Team as an Intermediate Cook 2 at Hyatt Regency Seattle.

This position requires at least 2 years of line cook experience, good communication skills, and a culinary degree or hotel experience preferred. Responsibilities include preparing soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, and handling high-volume production.

Work primarily in the PM shift with flexible scheduling. PM shifts may range from:

• 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

The hourly rate ranges from $27.80 to $28.36, with a starting rate of $27.80. Employees with over four years in the role can earn up to $28.36/hour.
