Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Manager to join our team at Hillstone. You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Newly selected managers will undergo 8 weeks of rotational on-site training. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating to deliver top-quality dishes.
  • Lead and motivate culinary staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure product quality and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs.
  • Implement health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Foster a positive team environment with open communication.
Requirements
  • Proven hospitality experience, preferably in high-volume settings.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques, safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of financial principles like budgeting and inventory control.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
