THE KITCHEN MANAGER: the HEART of our operations. As the leader of the kitchen, KMs are the culinary experts responsible for maintaining optimal kitchen conditions. You will select, motivate, and manage an elite team of back-of-house employees while controlling costs to ensure the financial success of the location.

Requirements:
- 21+ years of age
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant/hospitality industry
- Proficient in managing food costs and labor
- Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
- Proven kitchen management experience
- Strong business acumen
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire, train, develop, and retain a talented BOH team.
- Create a safe, secure, sanitary environment for guests and staff.
- Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
- Ensure safe food-handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with management to drive financial results and profitability.
