• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends & holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to lead and manage the back‑of‑house team
• Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of all areas of the kitchen including production, prep, purchasing, and receiving
• Foster team mentality and collaboration among team members
