Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen team within our full-service restaurant and catering menus.

You will manage food safety, inventory, and labor, while training staff and maintaining operations to deliver consistent quality across the dining and catering programs. Competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant experience required.
• Management and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience managing COGS and labor costs.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH sanitation and operations to meet county health standards and company processes.
• Keep the team updated on procedures and daily specials.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory of food and beverages.
• Lead by example, train and schedule team members.
• Foster teamwork and support across the kitchen staff.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of two years ofrestaurantexperience
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
• Experience in managingCOGS and labor
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes.
• Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members
