Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Kitchen Manager for our high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. Lead BOH sanitation, inventory, and team training while ensuring top-quality service across our restaurant and catering menus.

You will manage COGS and labor, mentor staff, and uphold health standards as part of a growing, family-owned company that values teamwork and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH sanitation and operations by health standards and company processes.
• Keep team up to date on processes and current specials.
• Inventory food and beverage items daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Train, develop, and schedule team members; lead by example.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of two years ofrestaurantexperience

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes.
• Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members
