Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our high‑volume kitchen team and ensure top quality dishes across our menu.

You will manage food cost and labor, enforce health standards, and train staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant experience required.
• Management or hospitality experience a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH sanitation and operations following health standards.
• Keep the team updated on processes and daily specials.
• Manage inventory of food and beverages weekly and monthly.
• Train, develop, and schedule team members.

Kitchen Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company. What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
• Experience in managing COGS and labor
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes.
• Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members
