About the Role

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. Responsibilities include purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products timely and according to recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervising food production and preparation in line with recipes and procedures
2. Ensuring compliance with employment policies, restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety
3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient ticket times for food items
4. Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations and coaching
5. Developing employees through regular feedback and training
6. Conducting inventory and safety checks, including Taste & Temp tests
7. Handling food safety, storage, and maintenance
8. Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
9. Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff
10. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
11. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House roles
12. Creating a positive, safe, and clean work environment
