Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Located in the heart of Georgetown, Texas, Goodfolks offers a vibrant dining experience with a focus on fresh, inspired cooking and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team and lead our kitchen operations. As the Kitchen Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy exceptional meals while maintaining a well-organized and efficient kitchen. If you're passionate about food, leadership, and creating a memorable dining experience, we'd love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and service.
  • Manage inventory, recipe development, and costing.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of kitchen management or sous chef experience.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of back-office operations.
  • Experience with inventory management, recipe development, and costing.
  • Ability to work 50+ hours/week, stand for extended periods, and lift/carry 50 lbs.
  • Self-motivated with excellent task management skills.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Culinary degree and experience with Restaurant 365 are preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position, 50+ hours/week.
  • Shift options include day and night shifts.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
