Position: Kitchen Manager

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, following established recipes and procedures.
  2. Enforcing compliance with employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety.
  3. Monitoring food ticket times to ensure efficiency.
  4. Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Developing key employees through daily feedback and performance reviews.
  6. Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling, maintenance, and storage of items.
  7. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  8. Controlling food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  9. Setting work schedules and assigning tasks for Back of House staff.
  10. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  11. Participating in hiring processes and recommending candidates.
  12. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.
