Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an Account Manager. This valued team member handles communication, design, and sales support duties for our busy team of kitchen remodelers. Design experience is highly desired. The ideal candidate needs to have strong customer service skills, work independently, be well organized, and able to follow instructions. Position will be based in Grand Rapids design showroom.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer experience through the Kitchen and Bathroom sale and installation
  • Meet with customers in showroom to finalize design selections
  • Manage incoming sales leads to engage and create excitement for Kitchen Tune-Up
  • Assist customers in the showroom and sell as needed
  • Help generate marketing and social media content
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams of marketing, sales, and operations
  • Update and track sales pipeline
  • Support Sales Representative throughout Kitchen or Bath sale
  • Gather before and after pictures and submit to customer file
  • Maintain central job filing system
  • Perform job invoicing and statement mailings on a computer system
  • Maintain all leads in the computer mailing list program
  • Maintain adequate levels of literature inventory and keep literature holders stocked
  • Prepare monthly sales performance report
  • Assist in hosting seminars, showroom events, sales events, or training programs as needed
  • Order products and samples
  • Manage production and installation schedule with customers
  • Perform any other duties as required
